APPOINTMENTS AND FEES
Our Medical Centre aims to make health care easily accessible. As such, we take appointments either online or by phone to reduce your waiting time, and also walk in and wait patients.
All patients should present and "check-in" at Reception and confirm and update any details as required. You will be required to present your medicare card to be bulk billed.
Standard consultations last up to 20 minutes (Level B), if however, you need more time with your doctor, please arrange an extended consultation when booking your appointment.
Urgent appointments will be seen by the next available doctor. Please advise reception if you believe you require an urgent appointment.
Walk in patients are welcome during opening hours but not guaranteed a time. We will stop taking walk in patients when we reach capacity at the end of the day.
Non Attendance Fee
Please note if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, a minimum of 1 hours notice is to be given. If not given then a $30 fee is payable.
Workers Compensation patients must provide a Claim Number each time they present for a consultation, until a claim is accepted and a claim number provided the patient is accountable for ALL fees at the time of consult.

Fee are as follows for all patients including walk in and wait:
Bulk billed for 15 years and under and concession (pension) card holders.
All other patients’ fees as follows:
Level B consult $75 Medicare rebate $39.10
Level C consult $115 Medicare rebate $75.75
Level D consult $150 Medicare rebate $111.50

Level D consult $150 (Medicare rebate $111.50)
Level B $90 (Medicare rebate $51)
