You will be required to present your Medicare Card and any pension/concession cards if applicable. We may ask to see another form of ID such as your driver's licence to verify your identity.

No action- normal results: You will receive an SMS, unless you have opted out.
Please note our reception team cannot discuss/release your results - they are not clinical staff and can only advise you to book with your GP.
Email Policy
It is our practice policy that no consultation will be conducted via email. Our email inbox is monitored by reception only throughout the day and the GPs do not provide any advice, scripts or referrals by email request. Please make an appointment with your GP. Practice Fees
Belrose Medical Centre is a privately owned and operated practice. We aim to be a caring, quality provider of comprehensive medical services to the community of Belrose.

Doctors providing services at Belrose Medical Centre operate on a mixed billing model. All doctors operate their own medical business in a commercial agreement with Belrose Medical Centre and set their own fees.
Bulk billing is available for standard appointments Monday-Friday for children aged 15yo and under, pension and concession card holders. Please note fees apply for all patients for skin cancer checks, skin biopsies/excisions, cervical screenings, surgical procedures, and for treatment room expenses such as wound repair glue, dressings, ECG, INR, and spirometry.

For all other patients, our doctors do charge privately for face-to-face consultations as well as for telehealth appointments. The consultation fee reflects the complexity, time taken to consult with you, and your doctor’s estimate of the time to be taken to complete related administration/referrals.

We require full payment of fees on the day of consultation. For some appointment types such as telehealth, we require pre-authorisation of your card details before your consultation. HotDoc fees and merchant fees may apply (please note these fees are imposed by the payment platform or bank).
